It aims to provide safe, quality and affordable housing in a suitable living environment without discrimination for low and very-low income families, persons with disabilities, the elderly and to promote self-sufficiency through economic opportunity.
Norton Redevelopment & Housing Authority properties are SMOKE-FREE PROPERTIES. No one is allowed to smoke on or in any NRHA Properties, which also includes inside the units. E-Cigarettes are also prohibited.
